face="SimSun ">以前在家,月饼成灾也不关我事儿,谁爱吃谁吃,就是别拿我眼前来,忒腻。现在,还没到中秋呢,身边的人便开始捉摸去哪儿买月饼,做月饼了。人不离开家,就不知乡味有多难改,多难寻。以前街头巷尾的油条煎饼,是多少海外游子日思夜想的奢侈品啊。物以希为贵嘛。</FONT><FONT face="SimSun "></FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><FONT ">趁着周末做了月饼无数,今年攻克了去年的失败点,用妈妈寄来的湘莲做的莲蓉更是香得不行,另外延续了去年最受欢迎的紫薯馅,更再现了</FONT><FONT face="SimSun ">9</FONT><FONT face="SimSun ">岁那年吃到的番茄牛肉月饼的味道,这次全部成功一并给爹娘寄过去</FONT><FONT face="SimSun ">~</FONT><FONT face="SimSun ">可惜今年没有买到紫薯,还好前些日子去宫崎的时候买了一袋农家自产的紫薯粉回来,用新鲜的红薯炒成薯蓉加入紫薯粉,风味媲美真正的紫薯</FONT><FONT face="SimSun ">~</FONT><FONT face="SimSun ">弥补了遗憾。今天放上来,跟大伙儿分享。</FONT><FONT face="SimSun color=#000000></FONT></FONT></FONT><BR>做法:<BR><!---->1。所有材料放入盆里,用勺子搅拌均匀,放在通风处一两个钟头,直到用手轻轻拍摸不粘手为止。<BR>2。把面团分成50g一个的小团,馅分成60g一个的小团备用。我用的是4头的模具,这个分量刚刚好。<BR><!---->3。把面团放在手掌上,用另一只手轻轻拍成片状,把馅放在上面,<SPAN AR-SA">左手兜住面团片,右手推馅,直到把所有馅都包住。如果面皮足够干燥,糖浆会赋予面一种韧劲,不会断裂。但切勿不要向包包子一样大把抓,那样皮会很厚不均匀了。<BR><!---->4。在干净的模具里放1勺面粉,左右上下抖动,让模具四壁都均匀地薄薄地沾上面粉,再扣出去。<BR><!---->5。把做好的坯子放进模具,用手掌轻压后,再左右上下地轻敲模具,使面团松动,轻轻一扣,月饼坯子就出来了。<BR><!---->6。依次做好所有的面皮。烤箱预热200度,烘烤5分钟后取出,用刷子在月饼皮上轻轻刷一层鸡蛋液。一定要少,轻轻地刷,否则烤出来就是一糊一大片,花纹不清晰了!<BR><!---->7。最后把烤箱调到80度,再烤10-15分钟。<BR><!---->8。月饼回油2-3天再吃。刚烤出来的,不好吃哦~</SPAN><BR><FONT
